RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return:

We want our customers to be satisfied with what they ordered. Still, if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return the items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the items are in their original condition and are in their packaging. Your return can be initiated for the following reasons:

• If you have received any defective or broken products, feel free to initiate a return.
• If any items are missing from your order, you can request a return/refund.
• Delivery is later than the promised time.
• Items lost during delivery.

Refunds:

Once we receive your refund request, we’ll process your refund within 2 working days. Note that the refund will be issued using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exclusions:

Please note that some items, such as customized products or sale items, may not be eligible for return/refund.

Change of mind after order dispatch is also not eligible for return/refund.
