30-Day Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in new condition, with original tags and packaging.
Size or Color Exchange: Exchanges for a different size or color are available within the same 30-day period. Please contact us before shipping the item back.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing: Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 2 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing time may vary.

Order Processing: Once your order is confirmed, it goes through pattern cutting, stitching, quality check, and secure packaging.
Express Shipping: We ship all orders via DHL and FedEx for fast and reliable delivery.
Delivery Time: Orders are usually delivered within 7–10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Tracking Details: You will receive an email with tracking number, shipment date, and expected delivery date.
Delivery Attempt: If you are unavailable, you may leave instructions for delivery to a neighbor. Couriers do not leave parcels unattended.
No PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Damaged Items: Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if there is any damage or defect.
Late or Lost Delivery: If your shipment is delayed or cannot be located, we will offer an immediate refund or a replacement shipment.
