Here at Las Vegas Jacket, we want you to be completely satisfied with the product you purchase. However, due to any unfortunate reason, your purchase is not satisfactory, we’ve made the return process smooth and simple.

Returns & Exchanges

You can easily process the return of your product within 30 days of delivery. In order to be eligible, the product must be unused, in new condition, and must also include all the original tags and packaging. We also accept exchanges if a different size or color is required within the 30-day window. Please do contact us so that we can arrange the exchange before shipping the item.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We suggest that you use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of the returned product without any proof of delivery.

Refunds

The moment we receive your return and when it is inspected, the refund process will start, and you will receive it in the next 2 business days via the original payment method. Do note that it might take extra time for your bank to post your refund.

Conditions for Returns

For a swift and easy return, make sure your item meets these conditions:

Pristine Condition: The product should be in a new and unworn condition. It must contain all the tags. Any product that shows signs of wear or damage may not be accepted.
Ready for Resale: Product must be in the same condition as when you received it, free from any marks or stains.
