  • Order Processing: Once your order is confirmed, it goes through pattern cutting, stitching, quality check, and secure packaging.
  • Express Shipping: We ship all orders via DHL and FedEx for fast and reliable delivery.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are usually delivered within 7–10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Tracking Details: You will receive an email with tracking number, shipment date, and expected delivery date.
  • Delivery Attempt: If you are unavailable, you may leave instructions for delivery to a neighbor. Couriers do not leave parcels unattended.
  • No PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
