   Lionel Stander –

   This jacket is built with a solid weight that feels substantial as soon as you put it on. The wool blend on the body provides excellent insulation against the wind, while the leather on the sleeves is surprisingly flexible and doesn’t feel stiff or restrictive. The rib knitted cuffs are snug without being tight and the shirt style collar holds its shape really well even after frequent wear. It is a very natural fitting piece that balances a heavy duty feel with everyday comfort.

   The red wool is vibrant and the leather sleeves have a premium finish. It’s a comfortable, warm jacket that fits true to size and feels great.

   I went with the Red version and the wool body has a really nice, heavy feel to it. The contrast with the leather sleeves gives it that authentic varsity look that never goes out of style. The shirt style collar is a great touch, it stays flat and looks much cleaner than a standard rib knit. It’s a very natural fitting jacket that feels warm and well constructed for daily wear.

   The Black version is very understated and well-made. The snap tab closure is smooth and the shirt style collar gives it a unique edge over other varsity styles.

   The Black colorway is incredibly sharp and much more versatile for everyday outfits. The soft viscose lining makes it easy to slide on over a sweater and the snap tab buttons feel secure and high quality. I really appreciate the three-pocket design, having that one internal pocket is perfect for keeping my phone safe while out and about. The leather on the sleeves is soft but feels durable enough for the long term.
