In the year 2016, we started off by operating offline. However, soon we came to realize that a decent number of our loyal customers were having difficulties due to this distance. Analyzing their struggle inspired us and motivated us to make some significant changes. We took it upon ourselves to create exceptional customer service. This enabled us to shift our operation from offline to online. 

We hold a great deal of experience under our belt in making exceptional and outstanding jackets. However, as we shifted to online, this opened more avenues for us. Since we were working offline, we only focused on the quality and design of our jacket. Nevertheless, this transition made us understand we need to speed up our production and customer service.

At  Las Vegas Jacket, my aim is very simple. We create jackets that everyone actually enjoys a lot by wearing them every day. When we started this operation the goal wasn’t it wasn’t about chasing down trends and copying what others are doing. However it was about developing pieces that look good when a person tries it on the first time. Each and every jacket we put out is made with care as we know that trust of our customers matters greatly. For me Las Vegas Jacket is about keeping things simple and clear so that a customer can come again based on the quality and loyalty we provide.
