Delivery Time and Guarantee:

The delivery of the merchandise usually takes 7-10 working days from the date your order is confirmed.

In the case where the courier company is not able to locate your shipment and they give you an expected date of delivery, the delivery guarantee will come into effect.

How the Shipment Process works

• Our trusted shipment partners are Express shipment, DHL and FedEx for shipping all orders.
• The complete shipping process is traceable; hence, the customers can receive their parcels right on time to their doorstep without any stress or hassle.
• In case you are not there to receive your shipment, just leave a note on the door guiding the delivery staff to deliver it to a neighbor, who can later sign the package on your behalf.
• In case there is no one to receive your order, the express courier will leave a note with the shipment number and a contact number. We do not deliver to a post office box.

Notices You Will Receive

• The time you first place your order, you will be notified by receiving notice, acknowledging the receipt of your order, and thereby sending you a copy of your detailed invoice.
• By any chance,e you don’t receive any notice, and you are notified that your order is not registered and cannot be shipped. 

When You can expect Delivery

You will get an email with the following information:

• Tracking details.
• The shipment date of our order,
• Expected delivery date.

• Note: Delivery usually takes 7-10 working days.

In Case of Damage/Defect

Please contact us within 3 days of your shipment arrived if you find any damage in the product.

What if the delivery is late?

You will be getting your entire amount back. It will be equal to the amount you paid during your purchase. In some cases, instead of your amount, you can get a replacement shipment if, for any unforeseen reason, your order fails to arrive or your shipment cannot be located. 

In the case we find constant emails from you requesting order status, we will share with you the tracking link of the courier company, and we will explain to you how to use it to track your order. 

Note: At this current time, we do not provide shipping to Ukraine, South Korea, or Russia
