   I’ve always struggled with finding a jacket that doesn’t feel too bulky, but this slim fit cut is a game changer. It actually follows the line of my shoulders without being tight. The dark brown suede is incredibly deep and has this soft, matte texture that makes it look way more high end than a standard shiny leather jacket. I’m a big fan of the pocket layout. Having the flap pockets on the chest gives me a safe spot for my sunglasses, while the side pockets are perfectly placed for my hands. The erect collar is the finishing touch for me, it stays upright and frames the face really well. It’s the kind of jacket that makes a simple white tee and jeans look like a fully put together outfit.

   The suede is seriously soft! I love how the dark brown looks in natural light, it’s very rich and earthy. The snap tab cuffs are a nice functional detail that keeps the sleeves from sliding down over my hands. It fits like a glove and feels premium

   What really surprised me about this jacket was the weight. It’s light enough to wear all day without feeling bogged down, but the real suede feels tough and durable. The viscose lining is so slick that I don’t have to fight with my sleeves when I’m putting it on over a sweater. The internal pocket is actually deep enough for my phone, which is a rare find in slim fit styles. I really like the erect collar because it gives off a clean, modern vibe without the bulk of a traditional fold down collar. It’s a very versatile piece, I’ve worn it to the office and then straight to a dinner date and it didn’t feel out of place in either spot.

   Five stars for the fit alone. It’s hard to find a jacket that tapers correctly at the waist, but this one nails it. The dark brown color is classic, and the four pocket design on the front gives it a nice rugged yet refined energy. Excellent quality.

   You can really tell this is the real deal just by the feel of the suede. It has that authentic, velvety grain that you just can’t fake. I went with the dark brown because it’s so easy to style and I haven’t been disappointed. The zipper is sturdy and glides smoothly and the stitching across the flap pockets is incredibly tidy. I’ve had a lot of slim jackets that are too tight in the arms, but this one gives me enough room to actually move. The snap tab buttons on the cuffs are solid and don’t feel like they’re going to pop off. It’s just a really well constructed piece of outerwear that adds a lot of personality to my wardrobe without being too flashy.
