Please ensure the items are in their original condition and are in their packaging. Your return can be initiated for the following reasons:

If you have received any defective or broken products, feel free to initiate a return.
If any items are missing from your order, you can request a return/refund.
Delivery is later than the promised time.
Items lost during delivery.

Refunds:

Once we receive your refund request, we’ll process your refund within 1-2 working days. Note that the refund will be issued using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note that some items, such as customized products or sale items, may not be eligible for return/refund.

Change of mind after order dispatch is also not eligible for return/refund.

Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your order within 1–2 business days after placement. All shipments are sent via express couriers like FedEx or DHL, and are fully trackable to ensure smooth delivery.

You’ll receive an invoice and order confirmation email once your order is placed. If you don’t receive it, your order has not been successfully processed.

If no one is available at your address, you may leave a note for the courier to deliver it to a neighbour.

Note: We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

In case of delays or lost packages, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement shipment. Tracking information and shipping date will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

If any item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
