   This white varsity jacket looks even better in person. The fleece is soft but feels sturdy and the white color is very bright and clean. It’s the kind of piece that instantly makes a simple outfit look more put together.

   The snap tab closure on the front is really convenient. The buttons aren’t flimsy at all, they click shut firmly and stay that way, so you don’t have to worry about them popping open while you’re moving around.

   I’ve been looking for a good Yankees jacket for a while and this one hits the spot. The ribbing on the collar and cuffs is nice and snug, which keeps the wind out and helps the jacket hold its shape. It’s not a heavy, bulky coat, so it’s perfect for those days when it’s just a little bit chilly but you don’t want to wear a full winter jacket.

   The two pockets on the outside are actually a good size. I can fit my phone and keys in there easily and they are positioned right where your hands naturally go.

   Since it’s made of fleece, it’s much more comfortable than those stiff wool jackets. It’s very easy to move your arms in and the inside feels great even over a short sleeve t-shirt. All the stitching around the sleeves and hem is very neat with no loose threads. It’s just a well made, simple jacket that’s going to get a lot of use this season.
