   I wasn’t sure how the navy would look in person, but it’s actually a really nice, deep shade that doesn’t look washed out. The fleece is surprisingly thick, so it does a good job of blocking the wind when I’m walking to the car in the morning. I really like that the collar stays standing up on its own, it keeps my neck warm without me having to mess with a scarf. The zipper is also super smooth and hasn’t snagged on the fabric at all.

   The fit is exactly what I was hoping for. It’s not too baggy or boxy, so it actually looks pretty sharp for a casual fleece. The stand up collar is a nice touch that makes it feel a bit more put together than a regular hoodie.

   One thing I’m really impressed with is how the cuffs stay in place. Usually, when I push my sleeves up, they get all stretched out and loose, but these snap right back to my wrists every time. The two front pockets are at a really natural height, so it’s easy to just tuck my hands in when it gets chilly. The stitching is clean too, I haven’t found any loose threads around the shoulders or the zipper.

   I’ve been wearing this all week and the fabric still looks brand new. It hasn’t started pilling or getting those fuzzy lint balls yet, which is a huge plus. The zipper is easy to pull even when I’m in a hurry.

   This has become my go to layer whenever I’m headed out the door. It’s light enough that I don’t feel overheated while I’m driving, but the fleece is soft enough that it feels great even over a short-sleeve shirt. The sleeves are the perfect length for me, they hit right at the hand without bunching up at the elbows. I’ve already put it through the wash and the color stayed dark without bleeding onto my other clothes.
